This is strange, the rest of our class is in a presentation on Human Rights at this moment. I'm not because I am 18. I don't really see why this matters, especially since I've only been 18 for like 2 weeks. All well, I guess that just means that I'll be stuck in the computer lab for the next three days during this block. I guess once my blogs are done I'll just do homework or correspondence or something.
Tonight I have to go to Ashcroft for math again. Atleast it is getting easier. Tomorrow right after school we have to do the calendar pictures, it was actually supposed to be today but I have to go Ashcroft. The pictures always seem to take forever, and now we just wear our track suits so they aren't as interesting. I liked it when each age group wore their different team costumes. Of course one year we ended up wearing the costumes we had used the year before so they were pretty small on us and kind of hurt. Then there's the blue ones with the rhindstones which are fairly old but still in good condition for the most part. They're not bad except for the fact that they get boring after awhile and the rhindstones make them pretty cold when you first put one on. We used to wear these ones for the parade all the time and for a few teams. Anyways, now I'm just typing beacause I'm bored so I don't really konw if anything I said actually makes sense.

This morning it was snowing. I actually didn't expect to see any more snow for a while since it has been so warm lately. We went for a walk in the snow and it wasn't really that cold out, but the wind made it a lot colder. It's almost March and soon it will be Spring, of course we usually have snow in the Spring too. Snow isn't that bad, except for the black clouds, it's much nicer when it's sunny out. Today seems to be going by really slowly, there isn't really anything to do. We went to my Grandpa's this morning. Their puppy is still very hyper, I have so many scratches on my hands and arms. She is really cute but with her new hair cut she looks kind of funny. I can't wait until her hair grows back. I just finished applying for TRU, it's just a back up but it makes me feel better. At least if I go there I'll be closer to home.

We just had a presentation from an advisor form TRU. University is very complicated and definitely sounds a little bit scary. I'm hoping to go to UBC, but a lot of the information that we heard today seems to be the same for both universities. I just hope that I will eventually figure it all out and it won't be so hard. I still can't believe that in only 4 months and few days we'll be graduating. Scary. I know that next September is going to be very interesting, but I'm not sure I want it to come. I guess it'll have to happen eventually but it would be alright if it waited a little bit longer. yesterday we had a presentation from a professor from Selkirk and one from TRU. They mostly talked about the opportunities if you go into Environmental management and how it is so important. It sounded interesting but I don't think that it is something I would want to do.

Yesterday we ended going up going to Kamloops, we really didn't do that much there. We kind of just went there because we felt like going somewhere. It feels weird that today is only Saturday, it feels like it should be Sunday since we had no school today. It is so warm today that it feels like it is already Spring, I definitely hope that it stays this warm. I really don't like having to use FireFox, it is so slow, it took five minutes just to bring up this page so I could write. Of course dial up doesn't help, it is faster now than it used to be however. At least we can usually get on right away. It used be that we would have to let it dial between five and thirty times, sometimes we wouldn't get on at all.

I finally am able to get into my blog. At home I wasn't able to but we fixed it. Apparently explorer won't let it open so we had to change to FireFox. Tonight I have to go to Ashcroft for math and I am going to miss baton. It's alright as long as I don't have to miss every Thursday. Usually I go on Mondays. My birthday was on Monday, yeah. I don't feel any different though. Yesterday in Foods we made a lemon meringue pie and today we got to eat it. It was so good. Tomorrow we have a no school, I don't know what I am going to do all day, probably sleep for most of it.

The new semester has started and so far it has been very busy. We've only been in these classes since Monday and we've already had a ton of homework. In chemistry today, which is not by correspondence yeah, we are doing a really long lab. atleast it took a long time to write up. The actual thing doesn't really lok that hard. There really isn't that much to say. It was weird, my blog made me change to the Google one, I couldn't write anything unless I did. It's not really that bad I guess, just annoying. It's finally Friday, this week seemed to take forever. I think I know the last part of my freestyle from this weekend, and most of our pairs. There's this back neck roll thing which I have to be able to do by March 3. I've almost done it twice but both times were when I was actually doing it to the music. So we'll see how that turns out.

Well, Lady Hawk is over and I still have a couple of hours left before I have to go back for pairs and freestyle. My back already hurts and so does my heel. Those shoes really start to hurt after awhile. We ended up taking a lot of the end of Lady Hawk off, which is really nice since it is now a little shorter than it was. This is a good thing but it still really long. We just got through working on the complete routine before our time was up. Next month we are going to have a whole weekend just dedicated to it. I don't think I'll be ready to go back at four, atleast it will only be for two hours. Of course freestyle and pairs are usually the most dangerous. I don't want to do a double illusion! I am so tired right now so I'm going to go.
